WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. - Georgia Southern men's tennis continued its strong Fall campaign over the weekend, competing at the Wake Forest Invitational in Winston-Salem, N.C.
Six Eagles competed in singles action from Friday through Sunday, while four Eagles saw action in doubles.
Edoardo Santoni paced the Eagles' action by capturing the B Singles bracket. The freshman from Italy defeated Cole Henceroth of South Carolina, Aurelien Schmitt of James Madison and Jack Curtis of Elon en route to the bracket title.
In doubles, the duo of Evan Rigsby and Davis Taylor advanced to the final of the B2 Doubles bracket with wins over duos from VCU and ETSU, but fell in the final to Elon.
