STATESBORO, Ga. – The Georgia Southern Track and Field team traveled to Auburn, Georgia, the old home of head coach Kelly Carter. The Eagles had a good showing and were exciting to get back on the track to continue preparations for the Sun Belt Outdoor Championships.
The Blue and White added multiple top-25 finishes on day one and continued that success into day two. Rebecca Parker finished just outside the top-25 in the 5000 meter event, while Eugenia Tan captured a top-25 finish with a 5.63m long jump. Alexis Gant joined the action on day one with a 41.
