STATESBORO – Georgia Southern women's golf coach Mimi Burke announced today that she has named Cabe Waters an assistant coach.
A four-year member of the Limestone men's golf team, Waters just finished his fourth season as an assistant coach for the school's men's and women's golf programs. He has helped guide the Saints' women's program to the quarterfinals of match play in each of the last two NCAA Division II National Championships.
"I am so pleased to have Cabe joining our program," said Burke. "He brings a wealth of knowledge and experience as a former collegiate player and coach that will be invaluable to our players and program.
