STATESBORO – Georgia Southern women's golf coach Emily Kuhfeld announced today that Autumn Gabe (Marietta, Ga./Walton) has joined the Eagles' 2017-18 roster.
Gabe was a four-time all-county selection for Coach Richard Myrick at Walton High School and placed in the top-15 in the state tournament in 2014. She helped the Raiders to the 2015 Region title and a runner-up finish in the 2014 state championship. A three-time selection to the Atlanta Junior Golf All-Academic Team, she was nominated for the Atlanta Junior Sportsmanship Golfer of the Year Award in 2014, and the women's golf team captain award at Walton was renamed the Autumn Gabe Award.
