SPARTANBURG, S.C. – Ashley Judson has been named the Southern Conference Rifle Shooter of the Month for both smallbore and air rifle, the league announced today.
Judson posted three first-place finishes in smallbore and three more in air rifle. In smallbore, the junior shot the highest score in the conference during the month of October and set a career high with a 578 against UAB. She averaged 572.833 in the month with five 570-plus scores and averaged a 1,162.333 aggregate for the month.
In air rifle, Judson shot the highest score of the month in the conference by three points and set a career high with a 593 against Morehead State.
