A Look At Eagles In NFL Minicamps

STATESBORO - Seven former Georgia Southern football players recently wrapped up NFL rookie minicamps with five leaving camp with invites back for preseason camp in August. The biggest news was that of BJ Johnson III, who went to the 49ers camp for a tryout and ended up being signed to the 90-man roster after his play.

Joining him in San Francisco is running back Matt Breida, who signed one of the top free agent contracts for undrafted players shortly after the draft. His versatility will help him as he tries to make the 53-man squad this year, or at worst the practice squad.
