20 turnovers hurt the Eagles as they fall to Little Rock

Georgia Southern women’s basketball team losing streak continues as they fell to the Little Rock Trojans 65-49 at home.

The Eagles struggled offensively in this loss as they shot 26.7% from three-point range and 38% overall for the game.

Tatum Barber led all Eagle scorers with 12 points off the bench. Alexis Brown added nine points, Tsubasa Nibet and Jaiden Hamilton both had eight points and seven rebounds respectively.

In the third quarter, Barber scored seven of her 12 points as she shot 3-3 from the field while adding one three pointer. The Eagles outscored the Trojans 17-13 in the 3rd quarter.
