Win at Auburn, recruit visit — it’s all good for Richt

It was a great weekend for Georgia coach Mark Richt. His team won 20-13 on the road against Auburn on Saturday and he ate breakfast Sunday with five-star quarterback recruit Jacob Eason in his home state of Washington.

Eason, a consensus national top-five prospect who is considered one of the top two quarterbacks, committed to Georgia in July 2014. Richt went to visit Eason while the rest of the Bulldogs’ team returned to Athens.

That Richt took returned to Athens via Washington state seems to be a sign he is confident he will be Eason’s coach next season.
