Former Georgia quarterback Jacob Eason, most recently of the Washington Huskies, was taken with the 122nd overall pick in the 2020 NFL Draft by the Indianapolis Colts last week.
Following the draft, the former No. 1 overall recruit out of Lake Stevens, Washington virtually met with Colts media and provided the following quotes:
Eason was hoping it would be the Colts to pick him:
“I’d had several great conversations with a number of teams. The Colts were a team that I had more than a few great conversations with, so I was hoping I might get a call from them,” he said.
