Watch: Georgia LB D’Andre Walker Discusses Savage Spikes, Playing Without Roquan, Two QB’s

Following UGA’s huge win on Saturday against Austin Peay, junior LB D’Andre Walker spoke to Emily Gagnon of CBS46 Atlanta for a short time.

Walker, out of Langston Hughes High School in Fairburn, GA, discussed a few different things about the game, including:

  • Being the first on the team to don the savage spikes in the new season, as he recovered a Jeremiah Oatsvall (Austin Peay QB) fumble late in the first quarter.
  • How he misses playing with Roquan Smith
  • When asked about how Georgia’s win over Austin Peay will get momentum going as they prepare for SC, Walker replied: “Momentum builds confidence.
