Rachad Wildgoose Jr. (5-feet-11, 190 pounds), attends Miami (Fla.) Northwestern Senior High, picked Georgia over 15 other offers, including Florida, NC State, Ole Miss, Oregon State and Wisconsin.
Though only ranked a two-star prospect according to 247Sports Composite, Wildgoose is considered a three-star by 247Sports in general. Based on his composite ranking, he is a top-120 safety in the nation and top-215 overall prospect in Florida.
In his junior season Wildgoose grabbed two interceptions, broke up seven passes, and made 50 tackles.
Prior to his commitment, Wildgoose had been a Rutgers commitment for a month before decommitting from the Scarlet Knights on May 25.
