The NFL is abuzz with Jacksonville Jaguars cornerback Jalen Ramsey’s interview with GQ Magazine where he trashed several of the league’s top quarterbacks.
Georgia great and Detroit Lions quarterback Matthew Stafford was one of the players on the receiving end of the former Florida State Seminoles’ barrage, and Stafford’s wife Kelly fired back.
“Can someone tell me why @gq magazine is interviewing @jalenramsey? I understand ESPN…but not GQ ….there is nothing ‘GQ’ about him,” Kelly posted on Instagram. “Just seems like a complete waste of time and space.”
Ramsey (who is currently suspended for the week after threatening a reporter) wasn’t terribly harsh in his criticism of Stafford, especially after saying Josh Allen is “trash”, Joe Flacco “sucks”, Matt Ryan is “overrated” and Ben Roethlisberger is “decent at best.
