Former UGA football cornerback Deandre Baker was recently accused of armed robbery. As that case falls apart, a new case involving the lawyers of Baker’s alleged accomplice forms.
While defending former Florida Gator defensive back Quinton Dunbar in the ongoing armed robbery case, attorney Michael Grieco allegedly posted screenshots of text messages and photos that imply fomer UGA football player Deandre Baker attended and participated in an illegal gambling party at a hotel in Miami.
The Twitter post has Baker’s attorney’s heated. One of Baker’s attorneys, Patrick Patel, told the New York Post he plans on filing a lawsuit against Grieco for libel and slander.
