Anthony Edwards, the No. 1 prospect in the nation for 2019, is expected to make an immediate impact on the court for Georgia this season.
However, he has some work to do if he wants to surpass Victor Oladipo and Dwayne Wade as Coach Tom Crean’s most successful player.
With that being said, the second-year Bulldogs coach had some high praise for Edwards on Tuesday.
Crean told college basketball insider John Rothstein that the freshman was one of the most talented players he’s ever seen.
