Twitter reacts as UGA's Ben Watson comes out of retirement, signs with Patriots

Former Georgia Bulldog tight end Ben Watson came out of retirement today and signed a one year contract with the New England Patriots.

ESPN’s Adam Schefter first reported the news:

Patriots intend to sign former Saints’ tight end Ben Watson to a one-year, $3 million deal, per source.

Watson joins a crowded tight end room in New England that will miss Rob Gronkowski:

In a Gronk-less world, Ben Watson now becomes the Patriots' most experienced tight end, followed by Austin Seferian-Jenkins, Matt LaCosse, Stephen Anderson, Ryan Izzo and Andrew Beck.
