Tuesday Morning ‘Dawg Bites

Good morning, Bulldog Nation!

As you shake off the holiday cob webs, we hope you’ll enjoy this sampling of what’s making news this morning.

Sadly as is often the case after the first game of the season much of the news is injury related. For the Bulldogs specifically that includes wide receiver Kearis Jackson, who apparently broke multiple bones in his hand on that fourth quarter play that ended with him fumbling inside the Vanderbilt 5. Jackson will be out three to four weeks, and suddenly that fumble seems a little more understandable.

In positive injury news, Jamaree Salyer was back practicing yesterday, and will hopefully soon be joining that crowded rotation up front.
