Maybe it was just me and maybe I'm living in some alternate universe right now, but tonight felt special. Really special. Record Breaking Special. Spurrier Retiring Special.* For the last two weeks we've been wringing our hands wondering just what in tarnation the folks at Butts-Mehre were thinking with respect to our Quarterback situation. We didn't know if we were ever going to have a starter at QB. Our only hope lay in Chubb.
Tonight we found out what they were thinking. Tonight convinced me that everyone who suspected trickery was going on at Butts-Mehre was absolutely 100% correct.
