Statistical breakdown: How Georgia and Kentucky stack up

The No. 5 Georgia Bulldogs (3-1, 3-1) head to Lexington this weekend to take on the Kentucky Wildcats (2-3, 2-3). Georgia enters this game coming off a loss at Alabama two weeks ago and a bye week last week. Kentucky comes into this matchup following a 20-10 loss last week to Missouri.

The Dawgs were looking unstoppable prior to the Alabama game, especially on the defensive side of the ball. Georgia dropped in a number of statistical categories after the 41-24 loss to a tough Crimson Tide team.

The Wildcats started the season ranked 23rd in the nation but have dropped to unranked since losing three of five games.
