Sophomore Georgia football linebacker Brenton Cox’s future in Athens appears to be in serious jeopardy as of Monday.
According to a report from Anthony Dasher of UGASports.com, Coach Kirby Smart dismissed Cox from the team on Sunday evening.
Per these conflicting reports, we will have to wait for further word regarding Cox, as we cannot confirm or deny his current fate with the team.
The 6’4″, 235-pound Stockbridge High School product was reportedly dismissed on Sunday evening, though there is no immediate reason yet as to why.
