Greensboro, North Carolina’s Travis Shaw ranks as the nation’s No. 9 overall player in the class 2022, per 247Sports’ Composite Rankings.
Out of Grimsley High School, Shaw, who checks in at 6-foot-5 and 310 pounds, currently holds 27 offers, including one from the University of Georgia.
According to Rivals, Shaw will be in Athens on June 18 on an official visit.
Georgia’s 2022 class could use some help after falling in the rankings last week thanks to losing commitments from two 5-star prospects in back-to-back days.
