Tonight at roughly 9 p.m. ET, the College Football Playoff rankings will be unveiled for the first time this season. In future weeks we will see a 7 p.m. ET release, however, tonight, ESPN is squeezing in the first show between the two college basketball games making up the Champions Classic. Expect 9(ish) release – following the Duke vs Kansas game.

With Georgia back in the Playoff discussion after beating Florida on Saturday, I’d say it’s a safe bet to project the Bulldogs to be the highest of the one-loss teams.
