Practice report: Georgia freshman making push up the depth chart | Columbus Ledger-Enquirer

By the looks of Georgia’s setup at Saturday’s practice, true freshman offensive lineman Trey Hill is making a significant push through the spring campaign.

Hill got second-team reps at offensive guard Saturday after spending earlier practices with the third team. The 6-foot-4, 330-pound true freshman has apparently been getting more and more work with some of Georgia’s older linemen, as a video the team released last week showed Hill getting some first-team reps at center.

Hill was a big addition in the Bulldogs’ Class of 2018, joining Georgia as a four-star guard from Warner Robins. He is one of Georgia’s nine early enrollees going through their first spring.
