University of Georgia men’s tennis student-athlete Trent Bryde made the most of his opening event of the 2020 fall season, earning the singles and doubles titles at the Gamecock Southeastern Conference Scramble.
Bryde was the highlight of a successful weekend for the Bulldogs, posting perfect 3-0 records in both singles and doubles. The 2020 ITA All-American teamed with fellow All-American Tyler Zink to record a trio of doubles victories against Kentucky, Tennessee and South Carolina.
“It was a great week for Trent as well as Tyler,” head coach Manny Diaz said. “They responded well to many challenges in doubles.
