The school said Tuesday that tight ends coach John Lilly will call offensive plays and outside linebackers coach Kevin Sherrer will be the defensive play-caller.

Inside linebackers coach Mike Ekeler is the latest departure.

He said he’s accepted another job and informed interim coach Bryan McClendon on Monday that he won’t coach the bowl game.

“I feel horrible about it, especially for the kids,” said Ekeler, who is going out of town Tuesday night .
