Lions look to put Nauta to good use

Much has been made about the use of the tight end...or lack of...during Jim Chaney’s time calling the plays of Georgia’s offense. But when Jake Fromm was turned loose to do so, that was when Isaac Nauta took advantage of his time to shine.

A physical presence, he was especially a prime option over the middle in the red zone, something that should serve Nauta well.

Nauta saw considerable time all three years in Athens, but played in every game in 2018 - his numbers reflected that. 430 yards and 14.3 per-catch on average, Nauta also caught three touchdowns, matching his freshman year totals from 2016.
