It was all Georgia in the first half of their SEC road game at the Mississippi State Bulldogs. While they did take a 24-7 lead into halftime, a scary moment happened on the field near the end of the half on what was Georgia's final possession of the frame. Ahead of their fourth scoring drive of the day, star tight end Lawson Luckie had to be helped off the field after being hit on what was a targeting penalty.

Mississippi State safety Jahron Manning delivered a crushing blow on the Georgia tight end. While he laid their motionless for a little bit, Luckie was able to get to his feet and walk off toward the Georgia sidelines with the help of the training staff.
