After their nail-biting yet still impressive road victory over the rival Auburn Tigers, former Ohio State quarterback and current college football analyst Kirk Herbstreit gave the Georgia Bulldogs some Twitter praise.
Herbstreit listed the Dawgs as his second best-performing team of the week, trailing only the Oklahoma Sooners, who rallied to overcome a 28-3 deficit and defeat the Baylor Bears.
It certainly was an impressive victory for the Dawgs. They marched into hostile territory, and though it got closer than it probably should have been towards the end of the contest, UGA still escaped with a 21-14 victory, which is no easy feat.
