The unit that has struggled the most so far this season for Georgia is their secondary. The Bulldogs defensive backs have been torched all season long which includes during Georgia's win over Kentucky where the Bulldogs gave up 225 passing yards against a below average Wildcats team.
Fans are becoming increasingly upset by the lack of progress seen from this group this season, and Kirby Smart appears to feel the same was as well as he called this group a "work in progress" during his postgame press conference.
"That we're a work in progress," Smart shared via 247sports.
