This is getting ridiculous. What we are watching out of Gunner Stockton operating the Georgia Bulldogs offense to perfection in the red zone just about every time is akin to what Cam Newton did for the 2010 Auburn Tigers during his Heisman Trophy and national championship-winning campaign. It is not to say Stockton should win the Heisman this year, but why is he being so grossly overlooked?
Stockton has been in and around the Heisman conversation for the better part of the season. He is one of the best dual-threat quarterbacks in the country. On the season, he has led Georgia to a 10-1 record and a top-four ranking with signature wins over Tennessee, Ole Miss and Texas.
