Over the weekend, your Track and Field Dawgs competed in Gainesville, Florida (the post-Saturday night binge drinking blackout piss stain of the South) and Raleigh, North Carolina at the Florida and Raleigh Relays. In both instances, the Dawgs showed out and put up some impressive performances.
First, the results from America’s wang:
In javelin, Marie-Therese Obst (So.) finished in second with a throw of 176 feet, 3 1⁄2 inches, putting her in the Top 5 all time for UGA. Denzel Comenentia (Sr.) finished second as well in the hammer throw (for which he is the defending national champion).
