Georgia secured their spot in the College Football Playoff on Friday after their 16-9 win over Gerogia Tech. However, there is still a full weekend of college football as well as next week's conference championship weekend before they learn what their path in the CFP looks like.
Georgia would not have been able to move any higher than No. 4 in the CFP rankings until one of the three undefeated teams above them lost. Thankfully one of those teams finally lost as Texas handed Texas A&M their first loss of the season Friday night.
