A Georgia Heisman Trophy is the one thing missing for the Bulldogs during Kirby Smart’s tenure. While the Heisman isn’t an award for head coaches to win it would look good on Smart’s resume to say that he had a player win it, and since he has won everything else possible in the sport this would be the last thing for him to help Georgia conquer in his career.
Gunner Stockton finished seventh in the Heisman voting this year and he is already being tabbed as someone to watch out for who could win the award next year.
