Georgia football entered their SEC Championship matchup against Alabama with a lot of doubters. While Georgia was favored in this game, the fact that they had only beat Alabama once in Kirby Smart’s tenure made a lot of football fans wonder if they could actually win this game.
Not only did Georgia win this game, but they dominated Alabama all night long en route to their 28-7 victory.

Georgia took complete control of this game essentially from the opening kickoff. The Bulldogs first two drives stalled, but their defense held strong and forced two punts as well.
