Sometimes before a player makes his way to a college campus, there are signs of greatness on the high school football field. That was fully on display Tuesday night at Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta. The Buford Wolves took on the Carrollton Trojans in their classification's state championship. Buford would outshine Carrollton in the final minutes to claim their state championship for Georgia.
One of the biggest stars of the night was Buford running back Tyriq Green, who signed with Georgia.
Check out this impressive run Green had to effectively seal the deal over Carrollton to win, 28-21.
