Georgia picks up another volunteer for the class of 2019

Kirby Smart and Bulldog defensive line coach Tray Scott already went north to Tennessee for two defensive linemen for the class of 2019. Today, they pulled another big man from up on Rocky Top when Franklin Road (Nashville) defensive tackle Tymon Mitchell committed to Georgia over fellow finalists Vanderbilt and Virginia.

Yes, Vandy and Virginia. Mitchell is not quite as highly rated as some other prospects who recently committed to the Red and Black, but only just barely. A 3 star prospect on 247Sports, but a 4 star on Rivals (and the #19 DT in the nation), Mitchell also claimed offers from Ole Miss, Cal, Stanford, and Dartmouth.
