There’s no doubt Alabama is in store for another really good season, but a few injuries to key players on the defense will surely make things more difficult for Nick Saban to guide his team to another College Football Playoff berth.
This week, the Tide lost their superstar middle linebacker Dylan Moses to a torn ACL, which will force him to miss the 2019 season. That’s a huge blow for Alabama, as Moses, considered one of the best linebackers in the nation, was the real heart and soul of the defense. Last year, he was a finalist for the Dick Butkus Award, given to college football’s best linebacker.
