Kirby Smart missed out on Demetris Robertson back in 2016. The nations number 1 wide receiver in that class had always dreamed of attending a prestigious west coast school if he could get in. No matter what Smart did, he couldn’t get Robinson to change his mind and stay in the state back then.
But Smart now has a second chance to bring Robertson to Athens. This afternoon, the receiver announced on Twitter that he would not be returning to California for his Junior season.

Robertson is back home in Savannah and is looking for another school to attend.
