The Georgia Bulldogs have offered a scholarship to defensive back Cormani McClain. McClain is unrated at the moment. Based on the quality of the offers he’s received, that will change very soon.
The defensive back prospect is from Lakeland, Florida, and plays football for Lake Gibson High School. Cormani McClain is a member of the class of 2023, so he’s a sophomore in high school.
Why will McClain not be an unranked recruit moving forward? Well, he has scholarship offers from Georgia, Alabama, Ohio State, Florida, Penn State, Miami, and FSU. These schools don’t tend to sign players who are unranked at the end of their high school career.
