Five-star running back Kemon Spell has been one of Georgia's top targets since he decommitted from Penn State. Spell was a longtime commit of the Nittany Lions, but after they fired James Franklin he opened his recruitment back up. And after he did so the Bulldogs almost immediately became the favorite to land him.
Notre Dame has been the team to put up the biggest fight so far, but On3 actually predicted Georgia to win this recruitment towards the end of November. The hope was that this news marked the end of his recruitment, but that has not happened.
