Georgia football defensive back Daylen Everette is arguably the best player on UGA's defense this season. In fact, he may just be the best player on Georgia's entire team overall.
Everette is entering his final season in Athens with a lot of expectations to help lead Georgia to a lot of success. These expectations are shared by NFL Draft expert Field Yates, who recently projected Everette to be a first round pick in the 2026 NFL Draft next summer.
"I went into the 2025 draft thinking cornerback was a key area of need for the Rams, but they didn't take anyone at the position across six picks," Yates shared via ESPN.
