The No. 8/11 Georgia baseball team capped off another perfect week with a sweep of No. 24 South Carolina Sunday in Columbia. The Bulldogs (18-2) are undefeated in conference play and currently atop the SEC East standings.

Entering the week, Georgia was ranked No. 11 in the USA TODAY Top 25 Poll and No. 8 by D1Baseball’s format. Now, the Bulldogs are sure to make a push for the Top 5 in both polls with their fellow conference foes struggling a bit over the weekend.
