The Bulldogs continues their strong momentum on the recruiting trail this evening with the commitment of Tuscaloosa (American Christian Academy) cornerback Kamari Lassiter.
Lassiter picked the Red and Black over fellow finalists Auburn, Clemson, and Georgia Tech. He also claimed offers from the likes of Alabama, Florida, Florida State, LSU, and Oklahoma.
Lassiter is rated only a 3 star recruit and the 26th best cornerback in America per the 247Sports Composite rankings. But I suspect the offer list above is probably a more accurate reflection of his place on the Bulldog recruiting board. Lassiter has good size at 6’0, 185 pounds, and has also flashed excellent hands and good moves with the ball in those hands at receiver.
