Georgia football ran into some problems with four-star running back commit Jae Lamar at the start of October. Lamar is the only running back committed to Georgia's 2026 class, so his commitment is one that UGA can't afford to lose.
Unfortunately his commitment was in jeopardy because he left his team and was no longer playing high school football. It was unclear why he was no longer with his team, but it was very concerning for Georgia to see him no longer playing football.
Thankfully that changed on Friday as Lamar returned to the field with his team and helped lead them to a 45-28 victory.
