The three weeks leading up to the annual tilt with the Gators were painfull for Dawg Nation. The long national nightmare of dashed expectations has, justifiably, conditioned many Dawgs to overreact. A big win over a traditional national power evokes championship daydreams, while a loss to a lesser team brings suppressed memories of past mediocrity flooding back to our consciousness. Years of frustration will cause that to happen to the best of us.
All I can say is don’t worry, be happy Dawg Nation, The rumors aren’t true. Kirby Smart can coach AND recruit, even though your “office expert” told everyone that last week that Smart could only do the latter after the loss to USCe and the rain-game against UK.
