Georgia Bulldog great Yante Maten is getting another opportunity to impress NBA teams. The former SEC Player of the Year recently signed with the Orlando Magic’s Summer League team.
Maten has had stints with the Maine Red Claws, Sioux Falls Skyforce, Miami Heat, and more throughout his professional basketball career.
Yante Maten is about to turn 25 years old and has most recently played with DB Promy in South Korea. Maten helped DB Promy finish seventh in the league last season, but is still pursuing his NBA dream.
The Orlando Magic announced that forward Yante Maten was a member of their Summer League roster via Twitter.
