Former Georgia football DB cut by Broncos

Former Georgia Bulldog Brendan Langley has been cut by the Denver Broncos. Langley converted to wide receiver this offseason, but his efforts are in vein as he’s not making the Broncos’ roster.

Langley was a third round pick out of Lamar, which was Langley’s transfer destination from UGA. ESPN’s Adam Schefter reminded fans how tough these days are for many players in the NFL:

Over the next two days, by 4 pm EST Saturday, NFL teams will have to trim their rosters from 90 to 53 players. This means 1,184 players will lose their jobs this weekend.
