Gunner Stockton has officially played his way into the Heisman Trophy conversation. His five touchdown performance during Georgia's win over Ole Miss two weeks ago was good enough to strike fear into the hearts of any opponent, but Florida believes they have an answer to slow him down.
Interim head coach Billy Gonzales spoke this week on how they plan to slow Stockton down, and he believes it is simple as getting a lot of pressure on him.
“The main thing is for us is to hopefully be able to cause some pressure to him, and to cause pressure means being able to coverage in the back end as well,” Gonzales shared via dawgnation.
