Georgia football has been working behind the scenes to flip the nation’s No. 1 running back from Penn State. Kemon Spell has been committed to the Nittany Lions since last year, but a new offer from Georgia has him second guessing where he should play college football.
So while Spell debates what school he wants to call home, a different Penn State commit just decided to ditch the Nittany Lions and reopen his recruitment. While this development doesn’t involve Spell directly, it could be the first domino to fall that could eventually lead to Spell decommitting from Penn State to flip to Georgia.
