Former Georgia football offensive lineman Tate Ratledge has already secured a starting spot on the Detroit Lions offensive line. The question that remains however is what position he will play.
The Lions so far this offseason have weighed playing him at center or right guard where he played at Georgia. Recently Detroit opted to try him out at center for a few practices, but it sounds like that did not go so well for him.
But there is no need for Ratledge to worry, because the Lions have opted to just slide him over to right guard where he will be the starter this season.
