Diamond Dogs head to Texas A&M looking to keep up in SEC race

Georgia baseball travels to Texas A&M for three games this weekend, beginning today, with the need for the Diamond Dogs’ pitching staff to perform better than it did Tuesday night.

No. 12 Clemson pelted Georgia’s pitchers, scoring 11 runs on 11 hits and eight walks. The Diamond Dogs’ relievers allowed a combined five earned runs. Heath Holder was the lone reliever who didn’t allow an earned run.
